Browse the categories, add products to your cart and complete checkout. If you are not sure which model fits, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.
2. Can I request a quote for bulk or project quantities?
Yes. For larger quantities, recurring orders or full project lists, send us your part numbers and quantities through the contact page. We will reply with a tailored quote.
3. Which areas do you ship to, and how long does delivery take?
We ship to all of Morocco and selected international destinations. Delivery times depend on stock and destination; the estimated time is shown at checkout or confirmed with your quote. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
4. Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes. Products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. If a product fails under normal use, contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue.
5. Where can I find datasheets and technical documentation?
Datasheets are available on request; ask via the quote form.
6. How do I choose the right sensor for my application?
Start with what you need to measure, the range, required accuracy, output signal and operating environment. Share these details with us and we will suggest suitable options.
7. Do you offer custom sensor solutions?
Yes. Through RAYNOV’s engineering team, we can help with custom integration, special housings, interface boards or complete measurement setups. Describe your project and we will tell you what is possible.
8. What if I ordered the wrong product?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Unused products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
