12-month warranty
All products sold by Hopout sensor are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.
What is covered
Faults in materials or workmanship that appear under normal use and correct installation, within the product’s published specifications.
What is not covered
Damage from incorrect wiring or supply voltage, exposure beyond rated conditions, physical damage, unauthorised modification, and normal wear of consumable parts such as electrochemical gas cells.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your order number, the product part number and a short description of the issue. We will repair, replace or refund the product once the fault is confirmed.
