Shipping
We ship to all of Morocco and selected international destinations. Delivery times depend on stock and destination; the estimated time is shown at checkout or confirmed with your quote. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
Returns
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number before sending any item back so we can confirm the return address and process.
Products that have been installed, wired, modified or damaged through misuse cannot be returned, except under the warranty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund to the original payment method or an exchange, as agreed.
