1. General
These terms apply to all orders placed on raynov.tech (Hopout sensor), operated by RAYNOV, Salé, Morocco. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Products and prices
Product descriptions and specifications are provided for guidance. Prices are shown on the product page or provided by quote, and may change without notice before an order is confirmed.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once we accept it and payment, or agreed payment terms, are received.
4. Delivery
Delivery terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk passes to the customer on delivery.
5. Returns and warranty
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. The customer is responsible for selecting products suitable for the intended application and for correct installation.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
